I have been listening to Sahil adeem for quite some time – his lectures, zoom classes and university addresses uploaded on you tube. He emphasizes majorly on Muslim youth to realize their potential and restore their shattered identity, become competent, have the necessary knowledge, critical thinking, global perspective, political awareness & Greater Purpose – in short be worthy of being a true Muslim- the follower of one & true Alpha- Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Allah says look into yourself and then look up = it’s a system, You will find purpose (AL-rum 8)
Look at the tiniest atom, single centered-nucleus and electrons revolving around, now magnify, look at the universe, center and planets revolving around. Then look at Kaaba, single center and people revolving around. Do you think its a co-incidence? It Definitely is not! Theres a definitive purpose.
Your wife thinks you are a good Muslim but Palestinians donot, Somali’s donot – then you simply aren’t good. You can be a good person but You certainly are not a good Muslim.
Muslim is a global figure!
There are 7 billion people, everyone with their own agenda, If everybody plays selfish, it will be a wild wild west. There has to be rules and laws for everybody, that’s Islam. A centripetal force- the system, to keep everybody connected.
Now we have deviated from 1 center to 7 billion different centers. That’s the worst thing we could have done – that’s what Allah calls “Taghoot“- Man who makes his own policies, only Allah can make policies. Taghoot is worst than shirk.
Shirk is being obedient to anyone other than God, taghoot is being God!
Taghoot is the American dream- liberty, freedom, total independence, own policies- the result is then cognitive dissonance, low self-esteem and shattered self-image.
Islam has values(integrity, empathy, justice), rituals(Prayer, zakat) and behaviors(mannerism etc). Mother Teressa has it, many others without Islam practice it. They give more charity than Muslims, practice more empathy than us, have way more humanity than us. What sets Islam apart then? We think Islam is just the rituals, , behaviors values- that’s all there is, hence no energy in Muslims because theres no centripetal force!!
After Palestine, how are we getting this energy? How are we smiling and laughing? How are we not crushed? That’s the problem.
Purpose= system
Whats the system?
“You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah. If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient”. (Surah Aal Imran 3:110)
Al Qurtubi said, “You are the best of peoples only if you enjoin good and forbid evil.”
Wa nhi anil munkir is not government thing only, its individual! Amr means not naseeha (advice), it means to order. Allah says order the Naiki (good), its hukm! and Forbid evil, stand against the evil!
Allah doesn’t helps Sahaba, Allah only helps Islam, whoever gets inside Islam, gets the help! That’s a simple rule.

We Muslims have to become a force and that is only possible if we have all 4 capitals mentioned above.
Political capital via mental capital, Become so competent in the industry that u make policies, amend them when needed for Islam. You yourself must be the missile. Raise mental capacities of your kids, raise their IQ, teach them how to think critically. Look at the kids of other nations winning Nobel prizes, what is our Kid doing? what is a Muslim kid doing? Facilitate critical thinking of the child- facilitate it, let him ask questions which you donot know the answers to!
Political capital naturally translates into moral capital, morality is the threshold of the group you r living with.
Bring children together! Your best friends are setting the trends. The more people, the more deeply grounded the kids will be. In Pakistan we use a term “Khandani bnda” which means the person is predicted, has lived in large family hence has bigger zarf, knows how to handle different people, tackle challenges and operate in civilized manner- the manner of the group. All these 4 things are sucked out of a Pakistani kid. Low IQ ,politically zero- they are handicapped . Give confidence to kids, make them debate in their clan, backed up by clusters. When a Muslim child is backed by his clan, he will confidently present the philosophy of Islam even in the face of adversity. Say right things at the right time in the most eloquent manner. Its an intellectual game!
Muslims should be making money, Muslims should be the members of parliament politically!!! All Companions of the Prophetﷺ were politically active.
Remember when Hazrat hussain (رضي الله عنه) made a plea, he said, it seems you have forgotten Islam, I am calling you on pre-Islamic notion of hilf-ul-fuzool- a treaty to stand up against injustice without Islam. That’s bare minimum. He challenged people, you are saving yourselves, being selfish. Don’t u have responsibility to save Islam? Hussain (رضي الله عنه) went alone. He didn’t make it. His Qabeela (clan) didn’t survive but what happened? Islam happened. Islam was saved!
Every Muslim will face the same choice at one point of his/her life . Its either your family, your clan or Islam! That’s Allahs test!
Palestinian Genocide- its not Government task. What is our Responsibility? Won’t Palestinian Children question us on the day of Judgement? What would be your case? ….Government????
Boycott/ Cut the silent Muslims, create pressure. All Pakistanis stop buying from companies. We are the consumers. We will only give business to companies that are putting money in the war chest to be used against Israel.
This is not civil war- this is strategic politics. Companies then pressurize government to take a stand for Palestine. Just rotating the missiles direction towards Israel is enough. We come together to pressurize the government to pass Bills on other things but when it comes to Palestine, we keep our mouths shut thinking its government’s job???
Politics is our prophet’sﷺ sunnah. In the battle of Badr, Rasool Allahﷺ cut financial vein of Quraysh-e- mecca, that’s how they fell.
Be globally aware, know what is happening in the world, have political acumen, devise strategies. use your force! Be a force! Because we will be questioned. We sure will be held Accountable and theres no way we can escape this!

Responsibility being a Pakistani Muslim

As a purpose, we are not in this world for fun, that’s a western concept! We as Muslims have come in this world to make better the ruined things!
Rasool Allahﷺ made Mecca the center of Islam in utter ignorance age, we are dealing with the same scenario and are followers of the same Leaderﷺ. The responsibility is on us now! This is the time to shine in the rubbles.
The worst philosophy which a Pakistani Muslim is living consciously or unconsciously is to Run whenever You see a problem! That’s the exact opposite of being a Muslim, that’s cowardliness.
We came to this world to solve problems. The bigger the problems we tackle, the bigger the Muslims we are. All great leaders come to 3rd world countries to shine their morality compass, to Afghanistan , to countries where there is oppression. That’s the prime responsibility of a Muslim, no matter who is being oppressed, Jew, Christian, black, white, the first person to go and blow out the fire must be a Muslim. People are dong this without book and we, with Quran are sitting idly.

Being Pakistani we have 10 times more responsibility to defend Islam because our forefathers claimed the birth of this country on the name of Islam! We cannot talk less than global aperture .
Religion of peace tells us, grabbing oppression with hand is peace. Protesting and keeping quiet is not peace. Religion of peace tells us, If there is no peace, its okay, but if theres no HAQ, then it certainly is not okay!
What problems are you solving? What will happen/ Who will be affected when you leave the planet? Have u done enough for the rest of the planet. Draw line- selfish? Do you only think about yourself? your kids? your family? or Do u work for Pakistanis, Palestinians, Somalis?
RULE OF THUMB: “if you are not doing anything for Islam, u are doing against Islam!”
Every Muslim irrespective of the age group, especially the youth has to be an activist!

Real Heroes of Muslims
Sahl ibn Sa’d reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If the world were as worthy to Allah as the wing of a mosquito, an unbeliever would not even be given a sip of water.” (Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2320)
You cannot possibly find an alpha from this Dunya, Reverse engineer the concept of alpha from akhira. When u do that, theres only one creation that fits the model of being an alpha and that is prophet Muhammadﷺ. So in life when u r looking for an alpha, look for the one who is for your akhirah!
Give this concept to your kids.
Many great warriors have passed but we remember Salahuddin Ayubi amongst all, he is a hero because he fought on the Nehj (modality) of Rasool Allahﷺ. This is the peak, we donot need any leaders, any new mental food. We have Rasool Allahﷺ, his sunnah, hisﷺ actions, hisﷺ words are all well preserved and more than enough to feed all mental hunger!
Whenever you need to take an action , make a decision, think defense strategy or any thing reflect back to Rasool Allahﷺ. Now this is the responsibility of parents to instill in their kids.
Alpha comes from purpose, not the other way round!
There are two ways to make heroes
- For kids- its storytelling
- For adults- its reasoning
Actions are important! not lectures.
When parents are hypocrites ( action & words differ) then their kids are rebels.
We take billionaire as alpha in todays world and so do our kids. Mother is always talking about wanting bigger house, better clothes and father is always talking money. The Kid takes purpose as money then finds himself getting Alpha based on money, based on who is the best in his purpose.
The purpose of coming to this world is to survive akhira not the survival of this world!
Reverse engineer alpha from akhira, then kids won’t look up to Jack Ma and Elon musk – we are not here for storing materialistic things.
If dunya is your purpose then science will be your God, money will be your god, you will be inspired by quotes as “ if u are born poor its okay, but if you die poor then its your mistake” that’s rubbish for the people of akhira!
Make your kid a giver not a receiver!
For people, scientists are alpha, Einstein is alpha, Einstein’s equation is for this world, this universe. Our philosophy starts with the end of this universe!

Rizq and Money in Islam
A momin with money is generous not powerful.
Islam applies the concept of barakah on rizq. Allah says, why are u storing when u wouldn’t even use it?
A global perspective
We think that Western supremacy is due to resource collection/ abundance. Its not the case, they have intellectual supremacy- all Nobel prize winners, all scientists belonged to a low socio economic class. Tesla died poor, Einstein died poor. They weren’t billionaires. But because of their discoveries, west made technologies and today after many years are getting the fruit in terms of supremacy!
Oscar winners- worshippers of money. Nobel prize winners- after intellect
Rizq is by-product of intellectual core. Once you have intellectual core and reach heights of technology, others succumb to u as their alpha. Brain is behind the supremacy of the world not the clothes you are wearing!
Rizq is not dependent on knowledge or skill of a man. Otherwise scientists would have been billionaires, professors would have been millionaires. It’s a whole different diagram. You want rizq, get intellectual core, the generations afterwards will reap the rewards in terms of supremacy and in turn finance.
As for individuals, Job money, education finance- this is not rizq, its standards. This is human matrix, to compare & commercialize.
Rasool Allahﷺ said : Be ignorant of other people business. (dosron k maamlaat se be nayaz ho jao)- don’t compare urself . If u have to compare, look at people less than you in resources and thank Allah for your condition and if u want to look up, then look up to people who spend in the way of Allah.
If our world view is weak, we will get caught in comparisons and commercial gimmick, any school, university, luxury or comfort.
Islam is an anti-saving religion!
IN AKHIRA, our acts will be weighed not counted. A person who has 10 billion in account and gives 1 million in charity will be low on scales when compared to a person having 10 dollars in total and giving it all to charity.
Sahil adeem asked one of his teachers how much sadaqa (charity)should we give? He replied. The bare minimum is as soon as it starts to hurt.
Rizq Mathematics
Whenever Allah repays for good deeds, He first makes the person’s Jannah bigger, if still the reward is left, Allah makes his Qabr(grave) bigger, and then if still the reward is big enough that some of it stays, Allah gives the rest in dunya.
For a Momin, all is stored in Akhira.
When married, man is the provider so the rizq of wife is given to the husband because he will give it to the wife likewise when u take the responsibility of providing for others/ weak, Allah gives their rizq to u as a channel to pass it on!

Pakistani women vs Muslim women

Women! you cannot play this women card in akhira! it is not going to be cashed there!
Allah did not made women weak or oppressed. Women are nor supposed to be weak. Allah made you for a purpose & there is no co-incidence in Allah’s books!
The moment, a woman blames man, she has lost her case! The Jannah is same for both man & woman. Same Jahannam is there for man & woman. Questions in the grave are same for man & woman. Both will be held accountable the same way. Get out of comparison game!
We take the leadership of influence and thought! All women should come into this role. Majority of Islamic Islamic has come via Muslim women. We have been led by the greatest leader- Hazrat Ayesha (ra), A sahabia went to rescue her brother on a solo mission in the greatest battle!
Be courageous, Islam is not for a low self-esteem person! Stand against oppression. Know what Allah orders! Be influential. Have a bigger scope- say 100 years from now!
Your influence is not in geography but demography( time)
Not the geographical state but the state of mind!
Islam has liberated Muslims and Pakistani’s caged Muslim.
Run towards books
- Gain knowledge- be an intellectual force!
- Skill- practice it
- Character attributes (courage)
For courage you need exposure and courage is a necessity to walk the path of Rasool Allahﷺ.
Career should not be prioritized over family or children upbringing- a rule for both man and woman!
Muslim woman is a courageous woman, knows what Allah says and is not subservient to anyone but Allah!
The worst purpose a girl can have is to get a man and the worst purpose a boy can have is to get a girl!
You are not here for this, You are here for Islam. A problem is never masculine or feminine, a problem is a problem and you are to solve it, be it a man or a women.
Being Muslim is being subservient to Allah. whatever roles Allah has devised, are to be followed. Islam is a religion of obedience! Its a religion of submission- to Allah!

See what is the philosophy of Islam?
Look at Palestine, Yemen-go to forums. Be an advocate of it!
Be competent, ask yourselves if today prophet Muhammadﷺ would be here, what would his strategy be?
Today we need;
- Oratory skills
You want to make fans, make angels fan, be celebrity there -that’s eternal, if u get famous here, you have jeopardize your fame in the hereafter!
Islam is a purpose not a subject, when Islam is your purpose, whatever subject you read, whatever science, you get Islam out of it! When u learn Arabic, the purpose is to talk to Allah above 7 heavens.
Everybody’s life journey is different hence he interprets Quran differently. That’s how it is supposed to be. Allah designed it . That’s is how Fakhruddin Razi interpreted Quran and those interpretations are what millions needed! That is why every Muslim must know Arabic! You are supposed to get your perspective of Quran so learning Arabic is imperative.
Rasool Allahﷺ was given the miracle of condense speech. No matter what background you come from , if you are a psychologist, you will get psychology out of prophet’sﷺ hadeeth, if you are a biologist an astrophysicist, a strategist, a warrior, no matter what you are, you will get what u seek.
Your actions and speech should be a embodiment of Quran and seerah!

Read with purpose, not as if it is historic account-Do not memorize seerah. Read seerah as if Nabi Kareemﷺ is in this time, your time. Everything is happening right now.

Raising Kids– Parenting
Mothers are responsible to make kids’ wings bigger and fathers teach the actual flight! It’s a combo. The flight and height of thought comes from father and the richness of thought comes from mother. As a father- have a sort of relation with credibility that you are the first person, your son calls when he is in any problem especially intellectual curiosity.
Donot underestimate the power of the simplicity of a kids mind- a kid always asks simple but deep questions.
How to give Allahs introduction to kids?
Allah himself has told how to do this: its by his 99 names all in order as per the psychology demands! Allah is al Rahman al Raheem. First thing to teach child is these two sifaat and with their difference!
All names are set in psychological order- Al Bari! Biggest problem of left and right- Who created God? Answer is al-Bari. Kids asks themselves.- Its an amazing question to ask. Al Musawir- aesthetics of a child- nothing is more beautiful than a Childs eye!
We donot have to make our kids like ourselves- that’s the worst we can do. Hazrat Ali didn’t make Hussain as himself, he wasn’t even making him as Hussain. He was making him Muhammadﷺ! That’s the stencil- hz Umar was making Abdullah bin umar, the copy of Muhammadﷺ!
Best proposition is not to make your replicas- If your child becomes even 1 % like prophet Muhammadﷺ, your work is done.
An anecdote from Sahil adeems life. He says: when I was little, my dad amongst his friends was discussing a serious imperative matter. Amongst all adults, he pointed at me and asked my opinion on the matter. I don’t remember what I said, but that was my turning point. My brain expanded. That question expanded my brain!
What is mard e momin/ mard e haq?
To protect every man and every woman is the responsibility of a real man! He has to be courageous. Quran is the only doctrine that demands its followers to stand and fight injustice & oppression, no matter where on earth and no matter what race or tribe it is upon!
You have to be a protector!
hazrat Umar prayed- O Allah! Save me from powerful kafir and weak momin!
A true Muslim must meet 4 quotients:
- Physical quotient- ur body asks for development- physical strength
- mental quotient –(Dumb man cannot be a Muslim, develop UR intellect)
- Emotional quotient (empathy)
- Spirtual quotient
All these 4 pillars should be structured carefully and measured! What gets measured gets managed!
After 15 years if your kid still needs a parent, then u have failed as a parent!

Home schooling:
Your kid will drop 20 points IQ in the first 5 years if you put him in normal school system.
Brain tells itself which subject it should be taught and when. There are 7 major brain reforms
- 1-3 years (3 major brain reforms)
- 3-7 years (2 reforms)
- 7-11 years (1 reform)
- 11- 40 years (1 reform)
Age & learning:
- Begin with linguistics-( before 7 years )
- Mathematics- base set 3 years (7-10 years) then continue with additional subjects, (10+ years)
- Sciences ( astrophysics, biology. geology etc)(10-13 years)
- Social sciences ( 13-onwards)
First 3 years- don’t teach anything.
There shouldn’t be any fear/ punishment zone or failing zone. Reattempt until the child grasps the concepts fully. Fear produces cortisol and high level of cortisol hinders brain development at the age of 12, which is most critical for the development of prefrontal cortex, which then is responsible for logic and reasoning throughout the life! After 13 years, as logic is developed, teaching social sciences and political sciences is important as the child now can reason & think critically!
Likewise, along with sciences, start Seerah. Quran should be taught after seerah to grasp the meaning well as now the child is able to understand Arabic too!
Put kids in sport societies: cricket, football, swimming, writing clubs! they will be ahead of the game, You want certificates and degrees, after this model, kids 9 year old and 13 year old can appear in O-levels and A-levels exams. They will be better than 17/18 year old’s.
This model will make intellectually equipped kids who can reason, think & debate world issues. With all sciences & mathematics, understanding seerah and Quran, the level they will reach is what is imperative. They will be a force, ready to be unleased onto the world imposing Allah’s system.
